Development Committee
The Adena Local Professional
Development Committee meets
monthly to discuss and approve
the professional development
courses and activities that
allow you to renew your license
when the time comes.
Current members, who can be
contacted with any questions
regarding licensure renewal and
professional development
approval, are: Dianna Eiring,
Chair, Lisa Wayland, Craig
Kerns, Michelle Jones, Heidi
Lovensheimer, Mary Miller, and
Jackie Barnes.
We must remind you that it is
the educator's responsibility to
keep your license(s) up to date,
as the district cannot legally
issue a paycheck to an
unlicensed employee. Keeping
that in mind, the Adena LPDC
attempts to assist educators
with reminders of upcoming
license expiration dates,
extensive record keeping of
approved professional
development, and issuing CEU's
for district inservices.
