There will be free school supplies given away at our Adena Elementary Open House! Our Open House is scheduled for Thursday, August 18 from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Letters from our regular classroom teachers should arrive in mailboxes by no later than Monday, August 8th!

Can you believe we are at our tenth book of the Youth Reading Collection? This week we have Ms. Mila Rowe reading 'Unspoken'. This is an amazing book where pictures tell the story and Ms. Rowe does an amazing job narrating. As a precaution, little ears might need some guidance navigating this book as there are topics that may need some additional conversation. Enjoy! Frankfort Sunflower Festival 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk Race Day July 30th Registration 7:30am 5K 8am 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk 8:15am All race participants will get a ticket for pancake breakfast after race. Proceeds help support Adena Cross Country Teams.

Adena Elementary Announcement: Parents and/or Guardians, If you will be picking up an elementary student at the end of the school day, please fill out the attached form to receive a pick-up placard for the 2022-2023 school year. Elementary students will be released at 2:50 p.m. this coming school year. Adena Elementary has been awarded a PBIS Bronze Recognition Award for the 2021-2022 school year by the Ohio Department of Education! Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports is a wide range of systemic and individualized supports for achieving social and learning outcomes in schools while preventing problem behaviors. Adena Elementary has been awarded for their tier I behavior interventions and reward system that is in place for good behavior. Go Warriors!
