Montana Wood is a senior at Adena High School. After graduation, Montana will be attending Ohio University to obtain a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Montana will then pursue a career as a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) nurse.
Nicole Kashner is a senior at Adena High School. Nicole will be attending Ohio University in the fall and will be majoring in business. She plans to attend law school after completing her undergraduate degree.
Mikayla May is a senior at Adena High School. After graduation, Mikayla is attending Ohio University-Chillicothe to pursue a Bachelor of Social Work. Mikayla seeks to go into mental and behavior health counseling.
Delanie Brown is a senior at Adena High School. After graduation, Delanie plans to continue attending Ohio University-Chillicothe where she has been completing CC+ courses. Delanie was accepted into the Adolescent to Young Adult Integrated Language Arts program at OU-C.
Delanie is still indecisive on where she wants to transfer to, but her options are bringing her close to choosing the University of Cincinnati. Delanie plans to pursue a teaching career in high school English.
Gabrielle Schuer is a senior at Adena High School. Gabrielle has been accepted to Shawnee State University and will major in nursing. She will graduate high school as a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA), Phlebotomist and is currently in EMT basic training.
Logan Smith is a senior at Adena High School. After graduation, Logan will attend Shawnee State University in the fall and major in radiologic technology. She looks forward to a career in health care.
Keegan Hall is a senior at Adena High School. After graduation, Keegan plans to attend the University of Rio Grande to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and try out for the cheer squad. Keegan then plans on attending a police academy. Her career goal is to become a detective in a homicide or special victims unit.
Dylan Mathew Reed is a senior at Adena High School and he attends Pickaway Ross CTC. Dylan was a student in the outdoor power tech course at PRCTC and was able to earn enough credits to finish his schooling in December. This allowed Dylan to get a full time job placement and is currently employed at Rumpke in Columbus, Ohio as a night shift mechanic. After graduation, Dylan plans on continuing to work at Rumpke and hopes to one day have his own shop.
Madilyn Vanmeter is a senior at Adena High School. After graduation, Madilyn will attend The University of Cincinnati to study dermatology. She plans to graduate from the University of Cincinnati as a dermatologist assistant.
Jacob Dunn is a senior at Adena High School. After graduation, Jacob will be attending Wright State University to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Education degree in sports science to become an athletic trainer.
Words cannot express how proud your dad and I are of you, especially for everything that you have had to overcome during your senior year. Always remember, you are a leader who will go far in life and you are forever a Warrior at heart.

Jesse Reisinger is a senior at Adena High School. Jesse plans on attending school to become a firefighter after graduating high school. Jesse has a career goal to help people and save lives.
Madison Davis is a senior at Adena High School. After graduation, Madison will be attending the College of Engineering at the University of Cincinnati. Her plans are to major in Biomedical Engineering.
Emmitt Cunningham is a senior at Adena High School. After graduation, Emmitt will attend Hocking College and pursue a degree in Natural Resources Law Enforcement.
Carson Long is a senior at Adena High School. After graduation, Carson will be attending Ohio University-Chillicothe in the fall. After completing an associate degree, he will then transfer to the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science for his embalmer and funeral director degree. Carson will then go to work with his dad at Ware Funeral Home in Chillicothe.
Rebecca Pollock is a senior at Adena High School. Rebecca has been accepted to Wright State University and will be majoring in Nursing. She will graduate high school as a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA), Phlebotomist and is currently in EMT basic training.
Brandon Smith is a senior at Adena High School and has been accepted into the Community College of the Air Force. After graduation, Brandon plans to fulfill his future plans of attending the Community College of the Air Force. Brandon has overcome a great hurdle in his path and we know he is very capable of achieving his goals.
Natalie Lauderman is a senior at Adena High School. Natalie has enlisted in the United States Army - Reserves. After graduation, Natalie is scheduled for boot camp at Fort Jackson, South Carolina in June of 2020. Following boot camp completion, she is scheduled for Advanced Individual Training at Fort Lee, Virginia. Natalie will be pursuing a career in diesel mechanics.
Sarah Bell is a senior at Adena High School. After graduation, Sarah will be attending Shawnee State University with a major in Psychology. Sarah has also been accepted into the Shawnee State Honors program.

A Message From Adena Superintendent John Balzer Dear Students, The staff of Adena Schools miss you. We know we need to stay close to home, so we thought you might like some reading practice- signs your teachers made are displayed in this slideshow for you to enjoy. (Thank you to Ben Buchwalter and for creating this show along with everything else you are doing for us! Also, Thanks to Erica Cormany for making it phone friendly!) Students, remember you are missed, you are loved, you are valued and you are not forgotten. Even though we can’t be together at school each day, your teachers and all the staff- bus drivers, cooks, custodians, aides and attendants, and all the administrators are still working to make sure you are ok and learning during this time. You are blessed to live, grow and learn here in the village. Even though you might feel bored, lonely and maybe a little nervous, remember- all of us are connected. Keep your heads held high. This will pass. Together we will move forward and succeed. We are Americans, we are Buckeyes, and we are Warrior Strong! Enjoy the slides and keep working hard. Be brave, kind and strong. Be patient.
